Fix Relative snap in midi editor

I agree. I've brought this up before - but there doesn't seem to be a lot of interest. If you want to snap "relative" to other notes (or items or bar lines or whatever) I can't think of any reason why you would also want to snap *on* the grid line. Relative snap and "normal" snap should be either/or.

Absolutely necessary to be able to ONLY have relative snap, this preserves the microrhythm! Devs, please, this seems such a straightforward addition! (Also should be done for arrange view, it has the same problem!)

we have relative and absolute grid snap in the arrange view and we should have the same for midi editor. +1

It would make life simpler if it worked as it's expected to. This is true especially for the MIDI editor, where the micro-timing of groove is an issue. +1
