UAD no longer a problem for Reaper?

MessageAuthor

I am considering a UAD accelerator card. The only forum posts I could find were pretty old. Is Reaper now fully compatible with UAD hardware? Have compatibility issues gone away?

RE: UAD no longer a problem for Reaper?

I have a Quad card I am on Reaper 5.97 or thereabouts I have no problems. I did have a problem however that was the hardware the card I had purchased second hand and I have a sight problem so did not see the dirt on the contacts when I did see the grime and cleaned the contacts my problems went away. UAD is going very well no problems and so is Reaper. I am running windows 7 pro. Grinder

I am still running two UAD1 pci-e cards, which are behaving perfectly still, although 32bit only plugins on my 64bit system. FWIW I also keep Native Instruments B4II Hammond B3 clone which is moy only other 32bit plug. Worth it.
