Headlight alignment

Does anyone know how to align the headlights of the Volvo S60 year 2000 2.0 T as the Off Side headlight is lighting up the NS pavement right now and i dont know much about Volvos as i have just bought this as my first ever Volvo which is all other aspects looks like a great car (plus an LPG conversion already done). The most likely thing is that someone has put the bulb in incorrectly !

I did mine myself, There were 2 white knobs on the top of the headlight unit, I pulled up infront of the fence & just twiddled them about until the pattern looked correct "passed the mot" I needed an extension bar with a socket on the end to reach down.
